Every Quality Cabinet meets or exceeds the recommended minimum construction and performance standards outlined by the American National Standards Institute and Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (ANSI/KCMA) Specification A161.1. In addition to long-lasting kiln-dried hardwood frames, a catalyzed sealer and topcoat provide superior protection. All of our finishes are durable and resistant to water and most household chemicals.

Cabinet Details:
1) 5/8" shelf, permanently laminated two sides with a laminate that resists household chemicals
2) All interiors feature a wipe clean simulated wood interior, unless a white cabinet.
3) All shelves are fully adjustable on 2" increments on cabinets up to 42" wide.
4) All doors have European style, fully concealed, self closing hinges, with a 105 degree opening. These hinges carry a lifetime warranty.
5) Front frames are 3/4" thick solid wood, assembled using mortise and tenon construction.
6) Wood component surfaces are sanded to begin finishing process. Wiping stain is applied, hand wiped and oven baked. A sealer coat is applied, oven baked and hand sanded. A high volume solids conversion varnish top coat is then applied and oven baked. This conversion varnish top coat is formulated to minimize the effects of ultraviolet on the finish.
7) Epoxy coated drawer slides featuring a lifetime warranty with a 75# load rating. Drawer slides are mounted to the drawer box with screws.
8) Base hanger rails are made from 3/4" MDF material. This hanger rail is engineered to support the load of the drawer through the 9) use of an adjustable drawer slide socket. Our drawer box features a 4 sided box construction with 1/2" laminated materials. The drawer bottom is dadoed into the sides and sub fronts for superior strength and durability.
9) All wall, base and vanity end panels and bottoms are 1/2" thick laminated permanently on two sides, to resist household chemicals.
